• Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours)
• Rate: $27.9/hr

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sterile Processing certification (CRCST, CSPDT, or equivalent) preferred/required
• Knowledge of sterilization methods and infection control practices.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Physical ability to lift and handle equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate, clean, and inspect surgical instruments.
• Assemble and package instrument trays and case carts.
• Operate sterilization equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Monitor and document sterilization processes.
• Distribute and track sterile supplies and instruments.
• Maintain inventory and storage of sterile items.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with operating room and clinical staff.
