Medpsych Health Services is an integrated mental health service provider. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, competent, compassionate, and thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and medication treatment to clients in a confidential and caring environment with special consideration to biological, psychological, and physical health.
We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, part-time, and/or full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner willing to work with the efficient and dedicated staff at locations in Rockville and Frederick. This is a TeleHealth position until the COVID-19 pandemic is controlled.
Duties
- Conducting psychiatric evaluations and assessments, providing medication management
- Maintaining patient records, treatment planning, and communicating with the treatment team/family/other clinicians, as required.
- Care coordination as needed
Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice in Maryland (fully licensed and unrestricted)
- DEA and CDS license
- Must have a minimum 1-year experience working as PMHNP
- Detail-oriented, compassionate, and team player
