**Seeking HVAC Technicians and Boiler Operators in University Setting:**
**Job Description**
Perform skilled work at an advanced journey level in the installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of pneumatic, electric, electronic, and direct digital control (DDC) heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) control systems
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
+ Experience maintaining fire tube boiler systems, chillers, cooling towers with associated pumps, and air handling equipment with variable air boxes in a large institutional setting.
+ Proficiency with HVAC, repair, fire tube, chillers, cooling towers, and EPA standards.
+ Troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
+ Working knowledge of Honeywell controls or similar systems is a big plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
