Panca BK Restaurant in the heart of Prospect heights, Brooklyn, is currently looking for a sous chef. At Panca BK, we focus on South American and mediterranean flavors, centered over our wood fired grill . We update our menu regularly, and take inspiration from South America and the Mediterranean to create a delicious menu. We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to start as early as possible. The Sous Chef at Panca BK will be responsible for the following:

Ordering
Daily operations
Inventory management
Maintaining food cost and labor cost within a range
Assisting in menu creation
Managing a team of cooks and BOH personnel
Helming kitchen when required
Helping in special events
