We’re looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Medical Claims Follow-Up Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing , helping providers resolve unpaid or delayed claims.
What You’ll Do
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status
- Research reasons for claim denials or delays
- Update accounts with follow-up notes and next steps
- Identify claims that require correction or appeal
- Maintain compliance with payer and HIPAA rules
