We are seeking a skilled Sign Installer to join a local team!
The Sign Installer’s responsibilities include reading and interpreting design layouts, safely operating machinery, and installing various types of signs at the client’s location.
Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with installation of different types of signs, is comfortable working at heights and has a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ultimately, the role of the Sign Installer is to ensure that installations are executed to the highest standards, safely, and within the agreed timelines.
- Read and interpret design layouts for sign installations.
- Operate machinery and hand tools to install different types of signs.
- Ensure all installations are level, clean, and securely mounted.
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
- Inspect and maintain installation equipment and tools regularly.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule installations.
- Resolve any installation issues or challenges promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and providing relevant information.
- Assist in inventory management for installation materials and tools.
Requirements
- Proven electrical installation experience
- Familiarity with various types of signage and installation techniques.
- Ability to work safely at heights and operate hand tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret design layouts and measurements.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
