Job Details:

Basic knowledge of cleaning standards.
Teamwork. Willingness to assist other kitchen staff and work as part of a team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
Restocking.
When you do the dishwasher roll, keep up the supply.
Ensure that all dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware are clean and sanitized.
Assisting in Kitchen Prep.
Monitoring cleaning supplies and chemicals, notifying the supervisor when inventory is low, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of chemicals.
